Requests may be sent via the website, WhatsApp, phone or email. A reservation is only effective once confirmed by us in writing.
Each service is quoted individually, before confirmation. Prices vary according to vehicle, distance, duration and the services requested.
Payment may be made by card, bank transfer or any other agreed means. A deposit may be requested at reservation.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service. Beyond that, fees of up to the full amount may apply.
Empire Group Sàrl cannot be held liable for delays or impediments caused by weather conditions, traffic, flight delays or any event of force majeure.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
